I know, I know

It's November now and, not like anyone reads this anyway, but I did not get to run my race on October 18. mostly because my youngest child had a birthday party that he did not want to miss and my husband wanted to go golfing. Therefore, despite being totally unprepared and having paid for it, I did not get to go to Louisville that day. I did, however, pass the School Leaders Licensure Assessment and will soon be adding K-12 administration to my teacher's license!

I have spent the last four days in the hospital with my dad who had a motorcycle accident on Monday. He is feeling better thankfully, and is home now. I am recommitted to healthy eating and exercising as usual when I have to spend more than 60 seconds inside the walls of a hospital for any reason. I also get massive diarrhea due to nerves related to the hospital......my weight is now 126.

I am going to wrap Christmas presents, work on homework and procrastinate school work for as long as possible. If and when I get a chance to run again, I'll post then. Hopefully it will be within the next week. Pretty soon I am going to have success. I feel like someone who is in a twelve-step program who keeps going back to step one.
